This design represents the image of a great national financial company. Having a dependable appearance, open and flexible spaces provide for multiple-functions. The eighth floor was designed primarily as a reception area. An interconnecting staircase was built on the side for convenient access to upstairs. A wide variety of meeting rooms and lounge areas are provided around the reception area.

The general office area is essentially one large open space, shared equally by everyone and free of subdivisions to encourage good communication. The introduction of Chinese horticulture and other features bring about a natural serenity to the workplace.

The top floor belongs to client management team. A large demo room connects to the reception area. The boardroom is opposite the reception, which represents a sophisticated and stately space. The visiting room is in a round shape with exquisite Chinese decoration.

Wood, stone and glass are used in large areas, while aluminium is used in the rear as framing work. Effort has been made to create an environmentally and culturally friendly exhibition hall which will display a diversity of modern art works.
