IDEAL's design combines the structure of the building to meet the needs of Lianjia's “simple, modern, and IT-oriented characteristics”. And the company's LOGO green is used as the main color. The use of wood veneers increases the affinity of the space.

The designer expands the window opening as much as possible on the original dilapidated facade, increasing the amount of indoor lighting, while redesigning the overall glass curtain wall and striking door entrance on the facade.

The interior space is visually based on the green color of the company's LOGO and the intimate wood veneer. The two structural columns in the vestibule were once a problem in the design. However, the designer used the constitutive technique to assign the two columns to different finishing materials and successfully integrated them into a part of the space decoration.

The interview space is a series of high and low glass boxes, which are independent of each other and are interspersed on a whole gray brick wall. In the interview room, you can see the green plants and flowing water through the holes of different sizes. The dining and entertainment space uses a more brisk decoration technique, and the colorful wall paintings are hand-painted with fresh wood finishes and green furniture embellishment, highlighting the theme of relaxation and joy.
