In recent years, Adil IDEAL has successfully created a multi-stage office space for Fengbang Leasing. The third phase of the new office designed and built for this time is located on the 18th floor of the Hengtai Center. The site is in good condition and has a wide view. As the latest 3.0 upgrade of the Fengbang Leasing series of office space, its style and concept continue the previous projects, and the overall space and use functions have been expanded. In the end, it not only improves the corporate image, but also suits the future development of the company.

The vestibule area is the brightest space in the entire office space, where we hope to create a light and open first impression area with a combination of functions. The front hall area integrates various functions such as reception, negotiation, small meeting, and pantry. Each space adopts mutual penetration and nesting design methods, which makes the plane streamline more free and gives the space a certain sense of flow. The setting of the partial glass partition wall and the vertical grille enhances the visual extensibility, which invisibly enhances the interaction of the users and makes the space experience richer and more interesting.

The decorative style of the Logo wall continues the previous office project of Shan State Leasing. The light stone veneer background with brushed stainless steel logo is simple and powerful yet elegant. We pushed the Logo wall back appropriately, increasing the entrance space, and at the same time forming a small space for the comfort of the scales of the family behind the wall.

A set of small conference rooms of different styles are arranged symmetrically on the left and right sides of the entrance. The left side is a glass partition wall + a full-face color wall sticker, which can add vitality and brighten the space to the area; the right side is a white grid + green wall, and the temperament is quiet and pleasant. Although the styles of the two groups are different, they are very transparent in terms of space and organically integrated with the large space.

The tea break area is located opposite the front desk, where natural light is abundant, continuing the light tones and concise and clean style of the overall space. In order to avoid the space being too monotonous, we have introduced a large area of environmental graphic design here. The color wall stickers on the wall are boldly contrasted with a contrasting color, with a strong modern style, decorative and also a side show of corporate culture. The wall creates a visual focus for the tea break area, creating a relaxed and active atmosphere. Although the area of the tea break area is not large, it still has different styles of tables and chairs, such as decks and loose seats, which are intended to provide users with more humanized choices.

The office area is dominated by white, and the grille is separated as a partial space, maintaining a high degree of uniformity with the material and style of the ceiling. In terms of lighting, we completely embed the strip luminaire in the ceiling grille, which realizes the integration of the luminaire and the ceiling, so the space is more clean and simple.
