In recent years, IDEAL has created a variety of office spaces for the Longfor Group to meet the different positioning and needs of the office. The site is in good condition and the infrastructure is complete. There are two two-storey high-rise spaces at the north and south ends of the floors. It is very rare in conventional office buildings.

The style and concept of the project have been extended on the previous work, and new attempts have been added to seek a breakthrough. Longfor Group hopes to create a more open, healthy and intelligent new office environment for every employee.The overall space design strategy focuses on the two high spatial spaces in the north and south. The introduction of "Longfor coffee" and "City Living Room" brings a leisure, relaxed atmosphere and more warm and friendly interactive scenes to the whole floor of the office.

The "Longfor coffee" space is dominated by warm and dark colors, and the open form allows employees or visitors to feel relaxed once they enter the lobby, which is different from the traditional office environment. The two floor windows provide better light and vision for space. Through the screen curtain and the side windows, the foreground area is succinctly white. Functionally, the coffee space can provide support for daily reception, negotiation, meetings, leisure and reading scenes. The changes in space and color elements also add interesting and jumping senses to the reception area of the entire front hall.

The high-rise area on the south side is defined as the "City living Room". The visual feeling is different from the coffee theme in the North area. It is more lively and modern, bringing fashionable, active and agile feeling to the whole office area. "Vibrant City" axis side illustration decorated the whole elevated area of the two-storey wall, the logo of the key products of Longfor Group implied, conveying the colorful product types and high-quality characteristics of Longfor Group.

This project introduces a fabricated integrated wall system, which has been discussed and proven in the initial stage of construction, and adheres to the general direction of environmental protection and high efficiency.
