The Longfor Group headquarters and the Beijing office occupy two floors in the building, adjacent and independent. There is a high space in the adjacent two floors of the original building. We will connect the upper and lower floors by adding a large staircase, which will help users to get on and off the traffic and communicate. The stair area itself provides space for training, forums and other activities.

The headquarters focuses on efficiency and functional priority, and Beijing office pay more attention to the flexible sharing of space. Functional requirements are biased, and the resulting spatial effects need to be intrinsically linked to echo the unification of the internal office environment. We finally met this requirement through the uniformity of spatial order and guidance signs.
