The new headquarters of Hongkun Real Estate has a total of six floors, located in the core of the city in the South Fourth Ring Road, adjacent to shopping centers such as IKEA. Designers hope that through efficient, ecological, creative, fun, friendly design, the space will be rich and colorful, the work will be simple and happy, and the communication will be smooth and comfortable.

The lobby is a two-story, pure space, with grey and white that set the tone for space. The entrance is facing a water bar leisure area. In this area, the textures of brick, concrete and wood are organically spliced together, with the green plants and ornaments, which constitute an elegant and leisure space.

The Book Bar and the Eco-Oxygen Bar are set up on the 4th and 5th floors respectively. This is one of the most comfortable and pleasant spaces in the office building. Large areas of wood and green plants, brightly coloured wall stickers and furniture, block the fast-paced working atmosphere and enclose a comfortable island. In the afternoon, plenty of natural light fills the space, and people can freely take a few books from the shelf, pour a cup of coffee, and lean on a comfortable sofa to enjoy a quiet time.

IDEAL pays great attention to the role of environmental graphic design in setting the atmosphere and improving the texture of the space. These decorative graphics, which are full of fashion and visual impact, and the abstract symbols extracted from the corporate culture, have greatly expanded the space and conveyed the culture and philosophy of the company very intuitively.
